Overidentifying Restrictions Test

Sargan/Hansen test, available only when instruments outnumber endogenous regressors (overidentified); tests the joint null that all instruments are valid (uncorrelated with the error). Rejection ⇒ at least one instrument violates the exclusion restriction (assuming ≥1 is valid).
